![]() It may even be the case that I'm being overly pessimistic about how much Stellaris could handle certain massive changes. ![]() All the DLC I own would basically become as meaningless as all my Crusader Kings 2 DLCs became once CK3 came out. I certainly would have mixed feelings about such a move. I think we may be approaching a point where the game can only truly evolve through the sort of fundamental change that only a sequel would allow. Even now, entire game mechanics are occasionally completely reworked, as we saw recently with ship classes and ascension perks.Īnd yet, when I think about all the things I'd like to see improved, I am skeptical about how much of it would even be possible in the engine Stellaris runs on. ![]() I'm surprised at how much it's changed, and I can hardly even remember the game it used to be on launch. ![]() I have been a fan of Stellaris since it came out, and continue to buy pretty much all the DLC as it arrives. ![]()
